Organizational Values Design
India's leading BPO wanted to make a shift in business strategy, moving towards higher value consulting work. This required a culture change—a challenging task given its workforce of 40,000 people spread over 12 countries. Genpact's value framework was chosen as the vehicle for change, which involved re-articulating the values to make them more relevant for employees.
A visual vocabulary drawn from nature was used to break away from typical 'business communication' imagery and emphasise that these values must be lived instinctively. Bold colors and a strong typeface lent a vibrant and distinctive voice to the messaging and stood out in the visual clutter of a large office environment.
Behavioral guides were designed to make it easy for employees and organizational leaders to imbibe these values into their everyday work life.
